Main features:
Functional principle: Optical scanning with absolute glass grating, integrated in the housing of the measuring scale.
Interfaces: SSI and BiSS C (unidirectional), with or without analog 1 Vpp signal, as well as Siemens DRIVE-CLiQ and FANUC αi.
Resolution: Up to 10 nm for high-precision measurements.
Accuracy: ±5 µm in the standard version; ±3 µm in the high-precision version (up to ±2 µm for measuring lengths ≤ 670 mm).
Reliability: High resistance to dirt and industrial contamination.
Fixed expansion point (FEP): Centrally arranged, optionally selectable on the right (RT) or left (LT) - to match the thermal expansion of the application.
Thermal behavior: Linear expansion coefficient λ = 8 × 10-⁶ °C-¹.
Metrological certificate is supplied with each dimensional scale.
Connection: Integrated plug connector on the scanning head, with protection against reverse polarity and short circuits at the outputs.
Easy to install: Compact design for installation in confined spaces.
Pressurization possible on both sides of the measuring scale or directly on the scanning head.
