Single-axis digital display, for absolute and incremental systems

  • Compact design, single-axis digital display, equipped with the new Absolute Warning System (AWS).
  • AWS constantly guarantees the correctness of the displayed positions and informs the operator in case of malfunction.
  • The user can continue processing or intervene based on the error message that is displayed and restore the proper functioning of the system.
  • Suitable for various machine tools, such as cutting, measuring, polishing, calendering, or grinding.
  • Can be used in various fields, such as for machining wood, metal, marble, rubber, textiles and automation.
  • Absolute (SSI protocol) or incremental encoder input signals. Absolute signals RS422: Clock In, Clock-, Data+, Data-.
  • Up to 8 digits display, including comma and minus sign.
  • Device Diagnostics.
  • Internal rewritable memory.
  • Resolutions up to 0.5 μm.
  • Correction factor, angle measurement value, programmable relay outputs and many other functions are available.
  • Serial output RS-232, for the transmission of positions.
  • Possibility with plate mounting.
