Nuts from GRP material

Our nuts made of glass-fiber-reinforced plastics are available in square or hexagonal versions. Their special material properties make them suitable for a wide range of applications. They are used in particular where electrical insulation of screwed connections or avoidance of metal contact is required, for example in induction applications. In addition, they offer a temperature-insulating function and are lighter than conventional steel nuts.

Compatible materials

DOGLAS refers to a range of thermoset glass-fiber-reinforced plastics (GRP for short) that are produced by combining a wide variety of resin systems.
