Vacuum-resistant components from DOCERAM - precision for extreme conditions
Many industrial processes today take place under vacuum conditions - for example in semiconductor production, medical technology or material analysis. The requirements for the components used are high: absolute tightness, thermal stability and, above all, no outgassing in a vacuum.
As an official partner of DOCERAM, Megatron AG offers a wide range of vacuum-resistant components made of high-performance ceramics that have been developed precisely for such extreme environments
Highest material quality for vacuum processes
DOCERAM uses only densely sintered high-performance ceramics such as:
Aluminiumoxid
Cerazur®
Volcera
ZM-131 (zirconium oxide-MgO)
These materials are characterized by their fine-grained structure and extremely low porosity. This makes them not only vacuum-tight, but also suitable for ultra-high vacuums - even at extreme temperatures and in chemically aggressive environments.
Typical applications
Our vacuum-resistant ceramic components are used, among other things, as:
Insulators in coating systems
Recordings in vacuum chambers
Guide elements in precision systems
Sealing components for pumps and valves
Whether for fixing, positioning or guiding - DOCERAM components offer maximum dimensional accuracy and reliability with minimum wear.
