Vacuum-resistant components from DOCERAM - precision for extreme conditions

Many industrial processes today take place under vacuum conditions - for example in semiconductor production, medical technology or material analysis. The requirements for the components used are high: absolute tightness, thermal stability and, above all, no outgassing in a vacuum.

Highest material quality for vacuum processes

DOCERAM uses only densely sintered high-performance ceramics such as:

  • Aluminiumoxid

  • Cerazur®

  • Volcera

  • ZM-131 (zirconium oxide-MgO)

These materials are characterized by their fine-grained structure and extremely low porosity. This makes them not only vacuum-tight, but also suitable for ultra-high vacuums - even at extreme temperatures and in chemically aggressive environments.
