Screw head insulation

Electrical insulation is often required when pinning and bolting components together. Ceramic cylindrical pins are used for positive locking, while a steel screw ensures the positional bond and cohesion of the assemblies. To ensure electrical insulation, thermoset screw head insulations without chamfer are used. In contrast to thermoplastic insulations, these components offer much higher compressive strength and are not crushed.
