Slide rails

Sliding rails and chain guides made of our special sliding materials DOGLIDE offer an optimum solution for use in high-temperature applications. These materials are characterized by good friction and sliding properties, high wear resistance and excellent temperature stability.

Thanks to the versatility of our materials, we can match the material exactly to the requirements of your application. DOGLIDE slide rails and chain guides are particularly suitable for use at temperatures up to 600 °C. Through the individual design, we guarantee that the material optimally fits your requirements and offers reliable performance.

Compatible materials

ELTIMID

ELTIMID offers operating temperatures in the range from -250 °C to 280 °C, with short-term peaks of up to 400 °C. Thanks to its high wear resistance, this material is particularly suitable for oil-free applications with long service lives.

DOGLIDE®

DOGLIDE is our range of materials specially developed for industrial applications and includes sliding and wear materials. With DOGLIDE materials, we place particular emphasis on excellent friction and sliding properties, high wear resistance (when using polyimide as a binder system) and high temperature stability.

By adding graphite to some systems, we enable the materials to be used in applications where low friction sliding is required without the use of greases or oils. As a result, our DOGLIDE materials offer a dry and maintenance-free solution for various applications.
