DOGLAS stands for a selection of thermoset, glass-fiber reinforced plastics (GRP's) which, by combining various resin systems (such as polyester, epoxy and others) with different glass fabrics(glass fabrics, roving fabrics and mats), are able to master the many challenges faced by modern industrial companies.
DOGLAS material is mainly used in general mechanical engineering when demanding components are required. It is versatile in temperature ranges up to 300 °C, and we produce the right materials for your needs.
The individual components of DOGLAS materials are carefully selected and combined to achieve the following properties:

DOGLAS - High Performance Glass Fiber Reinforced Composites
DOGLAS 200 LC is a resin-bonded composite material made of glass fibers with exceptionally low thermal conductivity. This material is suitable for application temperatures of up to 200 °C and has a thermal conductivity of 0.13 W/mK.
DOGLAS 220 M is a resin-bonded composite material consisting of glass fibers. It has a temperature resistance of 220 °C and a thermal conductivity of 0.22 W/mK.
DOGLAS 230 is a laminated material consisting of resin-bonded glass fabric. It has a temperature resistance of 230 °C and a thermal conductivity of 0.23 W/mK.
DOGLAS 250 M is a resin-bonded composite material consisting of glass fibers. It is permanently resistant up to a temperature of 250 °C and has a thermal conductivity of 0.23 W/mK. In addition, it has excellent electrical insulation properties and its tracking resistance is CTI 600.
