Coated components

Components with different coatings have different properties depending on the type and material of the coating.

Many coatings are used to extend the service life and improve the chemical resistance of components.

Other coatings protect the component from aggressive media such as acids or ensure cleanliness in the cleanroom by repelling dust and particles. Each coating meets specific requirements and helps optimize component functionality.

Available coatings

Our materials can be further optimized for your application. We currently offer the following coatings:

Coating TF40x:

Continuous temperature resistance up to 280°C
Chemical resistance

Coating TF63i:

Continuous temperature resistance up to 180°C
Good hardness
Very high abrasion resistance

Coating TF36i:

Continuous temperature resistance up to 450°C
Good hardness
Very high abrasion resistance

These coatings improve the properties of our materials and allow them to be used in demanding environments where high temperatures, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance are required.
