The two main ceramic types used are CERAZUR and VOLCERA:
CERAZUR is ideal for cold forming processes with high demands on wear and edge impact resistance.
VOLCERA shows its strengths particularly in hot forming processes up to 1,100 °C - with exceptional thermal shock resistance and a long service life.
Ceramic forming rollers reduce maintenance costs, extend operating cycles and ensure consistently high product quality - even in series processes with high cycle rates.
