Ferrite magnets

good magnetic properties and cost effective / up to 300 °C / loudspeakers, toys, motors, sensors, microwaves as well as industrial magnetic separators and handling systems

Ferrite magnets, also called ceramic magnets, are the most widely used magnets with a maximum energy product of 1 up to about 4.3 MGOe. Ferrite is the cheapest magnet material and has high corrosion resistance, eliminating the need for coating. Ferrite magnets can be made both isotropic and anisotropic. The highest service temperature is at 300˚C. The range of applications is very wide, interesting for example for products such as loudspeakers, motors, microwave heaters, measuring instruments, toys, reed contacts, etc.
