Noyaux de transducteurs en VITROVAC® 6025 Z

Les selfs de transduction avec des noyaux en VITROVAC® 6025 Z ont été la première application industrielle des noyaux toroïdaux amorphes il y a plus de 30 ans. Grâce à ses pertes d'inversion magnétique extrêmement faibles et à sa boucle d'hystérésis rectangulaire prononcée, l'alliage VITROVAC® 6025 Z a rapidement supplanté les matériaux permalloy cristallins utilisés auparavant. Il est rapidement devenu un "classique" apprécié dans le monde entier.

Malgré les doutes initiaux concernant la stabilité thermique et la stabilité à long terme, aucun problème n'a été signalé en près de trois décennies d'utilisation industrielle, même pour de très grandes quantités.

Noyaux de transducteurs en VITROPERM® 500 Z

Outre les noyaux amorphes en VITROVAC® 6025 Z, les noyaux transducteurs nanocristallins en VITROPERM® 500 Z sont de plus en plus utilisés. L'alliage nanocristallin présente notamment deux avantages : des coûts d'alliage réduits et une stabilité thermique nettement plus élevée par rapport aux effets du vieillissement.

Lors de la conception, il faut toutefois tenir compte des pertes d'inversion magnétique légèrement plus élevées ainsi que de la rectangularité plus faible de la boucle d'hystérésis.
