  • Optical incremental scale with stainless steel measuring support. High mechanical strength and thermal expansion according to the application, for constant accuracy at any temperature.
  • Especially suitable for applications on synchronized press brakes.
  • Transducer guided by a self-aligning and self-cleaning sliding carriage with spring system.
  • Non-contact read head. No friction: high durability and tolerance to pollution.
  • Measuring length up to 30,000 mm, in modular design.
    Resolution up to 0.1 μm.
  • Accuracy class ± 2.5 μm in the standard version and ± 1 μm in the high accuracy version. Metrological certificate is supplied with each scale.
  • Selectable reference indices every 10 mm over the entire gauge length, with zero magneto-set device.
  • The adjustable cable outlet and the selectable zero references make the scale SYMMETRIC and applicable to both columns of the press brake.
  • Safety limit switch, positionable at both ends.
  • Sealing lips to protect the grille, made of oil- and wear-resistant special elastomer. Self-locking special profile.
  • Various application possibilities with double effect connection or steel wire. Interchangeable with the line GVS 2xx and with the previous model PBS-HR.
  • High accuracy and stability of signals even at high speeds, strong accelerations and vibrations.
  • Molded M12 connector (IP 67) or other models on request.
  • Protected against reverse polarity of the supply voltage and short circuits at the outputs.
